Milier Harris is an independent Geneva-based multi-family office providing integrated private wealth advisory and operational oversight to international principals and families. We operate across investment strategy, corporate structuring, real estate, governance, and cross-border wealth coordination with a focus on precision, discretion, and long-term capital preservation.

We are seeking an Investment Analyst to support the firm's investment and advisory activities across public and private markets.

The role

The successful candidate will assist with investment research, portfolio analysis, market monitoring, and strategic reporting for ultra-high-net-worth clients and affiliated structures. The role requires strong analytical capability, commercial judgement, and a high level of discretion.

You will work closely with senior advisors on a broad range of mandates, including portfolio construction, manager evaluation, asset allocation analysis, private investment opportunities, and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct investment research across public and private markets
  • Prepare market commentary and portfolio reviews
  • Analyse market optimisation, asset allocation, liquidity exposure, and portfolio risk metrics
  • Support due diligence on funds, managers, and direct investment opportunities
  • Monitor macroeconomic developments and relevant market activity
  • Assist with financial modelling and performance reporting
  • Coordinate with external banks, managers, legal counsel, and specialist advisors when required
  • Maintain high standards of confidentiality and operational accuracy

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience within investment management, private banking, asset management, or a family office environment
  • Strong financial analysis and Excel modelling skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • High attention to detail and organisational discipline
  • Ability to operate effectively within a discreet, fast-moving environment
  • CFA progression or qualification is advantageous
